The unit was previously sold fully operational, but returned by a previous customer after about a month of use (couple hundred shots drawn). Upon return the steam and hot water no longer work. When attempting steam or hot water sometimes it'll start pumping water, but mostly it is dry. It sounds like the valve and or tubing on the
