The item shows average signs of wear and tear including scuff marks, scratches, nicks, and worn finishes (in addition to the normal water stains and coffee stains typical on these units). Please refer to the pictures to get a better idea of the physical condition. We tested the unit by first filling the water reservoir and bean hopper, and then powering on the unit. It heated up and rinsed the system first. Then we ran an espresso shot as shown in the video (see proof of life video). We didn't test the milk frother, but the tube and contain is included (not insulated). This unit is used and will require a thorough cleaning and sanitizing upon receipt by the new onwer
