Tiger's Blood Shaved Ice or Snow Cone Flavor Syrup Concentrate A top Hawaiian shave ice flavor across the world.  Invented in Hawaii in the 1940's by a shave ice vendor, this Best Seller is a sweet blend of strawberry and coconut. Try a snow cone with 1/3 Black Cherry, 1/3 Root Beer and 1/3 Tiger's Blood for my favorite combination. Mixing Directions - To make a gallon of syrup: combine four ounces of flavor concentrate (shake well) with five pounds of sugar, fill with water (approximately 1/2 gallon of water) to the gallon mark and stir well. Preservatives optional. Shelf life of concentrate (not ready to use syrup) is two to three years. Store at room temperature out of direct sunlight and heat.
