Lime Shaved Ice or Snow Cone Flavor Syrup Concentrate Makes a refreshing snow cone or Hawaiian shave ice to enjoy anytime of year. A bold, sweet and tart citrus flavor; captures the bright, vibrant essence of fresh lime with sweetness. Combine with Pink Lemon Sour, Mango or Coconut for an icy, fruity treat.  Mixing Directions - To make a gallon of syrup: combine four ounces of flavor concentrate (shake well) with five pounds of sugar, fill with water (approximately 1/2 gallon of water) to the gallon mark and stir well. Preservatives optional.
