Horchata Shaved Ice or Snow Cone Flavor Syrup Concentrate Pairs perfectly with Hawaiian shave ice!  With a rich and creamy taste reminiscent of the classic Mexican drink; blends notes of sweet rice milk, cinnamon and vanilla. Combine with Strawberry, Wild Cherry or Pina Colada for a truly festive experience.  Mixing Directions - To make a gallon of syrup: combine four ounces of flavor concentrate (shake well) with five pounds of sugar, fill with water (approximately 1/2 gallon of water) to the gallon mark and stir well. Preservatives optional. Shelf life of concentrate (not ready to use syrup) is two to three years. Store at room temperature and out of direct sunlight and heat.
