The creamy and chocolatey flavor profile coming from our chocolate is created by delicately roasting dried and fermented cacao beans grown on the Hāmākua, HI. There are simple earthy, fudgy, and other subtle notes to taste, sniff, and enjoy. This dark chocolate bar is great to enjoy time after time again.
