Sprinter Floor Insulation System and Subfloor

Updated material construction as of 12.15.24 Always seeking the best in materials, we found that we could improve quality and keep our costs the same by constructing our panels in house. We bonded 12mm Baltic birch and 1" polyiso foam  with 3M 70 construction adhesive. This provides a more resilient flooring substrate with a better bonded layer.  We've been installing this floor in house for testing and have been over the moon excited to share it with you.  Need a floor insulation solution for your 144 Sprinter conversion?
