Transit Insulated Subfloor System (With Step and Trim)

***Updated material construction as of 12.15.24*** Always seeking the best in materials, we found that we could improve quality and keep our costs the same by constructing our panels in house. We bonded 12mm Baltic birch and 1" polyiso foam  with 3M 70 construction adhesive. This provides a more resilient flooring substrate with a better bonded layer.  We've been installing this floor in-house for testing and have been over the moon excited to share it with you.  The subfloor is really the foundation of any camper van build and the Transit Insulated Subfloor System has been the base of every AVC RIG camper van build for the past 5 years. A drop-in insulated subfloor perfectly machined to match the ribs in the Ford Transit floor with custom bent and finished trim and step to a clean and professional result.
