Strawberry Hibiscus Jelly - this bright and flavorful jelly will blow you away!

Did you know that delicious floral jellies exist? They do, and they're amazing! Delight friends and family with one of our unique jellies! I work like a house elf in the kitchen, every year, to turn delicate flowers into these delicious jellies! Strawberry Hibiscus Jelly has a bright strawberry flavor with the added zing of red hibiscus flowers! Lovely red hibiscus petals are steeped into a tea, then a bit of lemon juice and sugar is added to sweeten and round out the flavor.  This jelly is a deep ruby red color, due to the vibrant color of the flowers used in each batch.  Completely handmade in artisanal small batches, I start each jelly with simple ingredients, and handcraft every batch. Each glass jar is then carefully filled and waterbath-canned according to US national guidelines to sterilize the glass jar and ensure the jelly remains shelf-stable until it's time to open and enjoy! Our jellies are smooth and seed free, and are naturally GLUTEN-FREE too! Each jar has a colorful lid
