This jelly is bright, tangy, and makes your tastebuds dance! If you're a lime fan, you'll love this it's smooth, and there's no peel, pith, seeds, or artificial flavor to be found! Lime juice is the first ingredient, then sugar is added to sweeten and round out the flavor. A few drops of real lime oil further enhances the flavor! This jelly is a beautiful emerald-green color in the jar, and a gorgeous primary green when spread on your favorite toast or bagel. Best of all, unlike a citrus curd, there's zero fat, dairy, or egg ingredients!
