I want to spoon this over ice cream or put it inside a layer cake, it's that good! This is a deep, rootbeer-brown colored jelly.Completely handmade in artisanal small batches, I start each jelly with simple ingredients, and handcraft every batch. Each glass jar is then carefully filled and waterbath-canned according to US national guidelines to sterilize the glass jar and ensure the jelly remains shelf-stable until it's time to open and enjoy!
