Did you know that Wizard School inspired jelly exists? They do, and they're amazing!Ginger Amphibian Jelly is everything you want in a good, spiced ginger nut biscuit! Warm, candied ginger, whole stick cinnamon, whole nutmegs, and whole cloves are steeped for flavor, then paired with brown sugar, molasses, and butter flavor. If you like "Fall" flavors, this one's for you!Completely handmade in artisanal small batches, I start each jelly with simple ingredients, and handcraft every batch. Each glass jar is then carefully filled and waterbath-canned according to US national guidelines to sterilize the glass jar and ensure the jelly remains shelf-stable until it's time to open and enjoy!
