Seed to Cup: The Global Path to Your Local Coffee
Dates TBD - please email to inquire or request a custom class. Did you know? Coffee is a fruit cultivated in the tropics, roughly 20 degrees north and south of the Equator. The vast majority of coffee is grown in developing countries. Brazil is the world’s largest producer of coffee, exporting over a third of the global supply. Most coffee is produced by family farmers who have just a small plot of land. The average coffee farmer earns relatively little from coffee production, making it difficult (if not impossible) to survive without additional sources of income. In this class, you'll learn what it takes to get this global commodity into your mug. Class duration: 1 hour // $25 Are you a Commongrounds owner?
