String of Dolphins Senecio 'Hippogriff'

One of the favorite "string" plants, the String of Dolphins is a beautiful vining succulent with leaves that look like dolphins. These plants can grow up to six inches tall, with vines continuing to grow downward. 'String of Dolphins' flowers in fall, showing small, white flowers formed into puffballs, with deep red edging and yellow filaments. While drought tolerable, these plants prefer moist soil to avoid the leaves puckering. They should be planted in well-draining soil, and kept in bright but indirect light. They grow best in average low 70's F, and will go dormant in winter.
