This 71 inch refrigerated pizza prep table gives you nine 1/3 size 4” Lexan pans (included), and 21 Cu. Ft. of storage space in the two-door cabinet. A full length, heavy-duty, 5/8” thick, 17.75” cutting board gives you plenty of work space to assemble even extra large pizzas on the commercial refrigerated pizza prep station. Solidly constructed with stainless steel top, front and sides, the unit has a bright white molded ABS liner and stainless steel floor with coved corners for easy cleaning. The solid self-closing, vaulted doors have foamed-in-place recessed handles that prevent injuries to kitchen staff and other equipment when moved, and the doors stay open at 90 degrees for loading product in and out. Magnetic door gaskets provide a good seal, and can be removed without tools for easy cleaning.
