Arctic Air’s APP48R 48 inch refrigerated pizza prep table is perfect for small pizza parlors or restaurants without much extra space for assembling pizzas. The commercial pizza prep station comes with a refrigerated raised rail that holds six 1/3 size Lexan ingredient pans. The cabinet has a generous 12 Cu. Ft. for storage of backup ingredients. A full length, heavy-duty, 5/8” thick, 17.75” cutting board gives you plenty of work space to assemble even extra large pizzas. Solidly constructed with stainless steel top, front and sides, the unit has a bright white molded ABS liner and stainless steel floor with coved corners for easy cleaning. The solid self-closing, vaulted door has a foamed-in-place recessed handle that prevents injuries to kitchen staff and other equipment when moved, and the door stays open at 90 degrees for loading product in and out.
