Details A tender petite filet mignon butterflied, marinated with herbs and special seasoning, grilled to perfection and topped with garlic butter beurre blanc.  Mouthwatering juices are sealed in each savory, tender bite, served with homemade mac and cheese casserole, and buttered sauteed broccoli. Our beef tenderloins are cut from top tier choice angus beef. Each steak is an 8 ounce slice prior to grilling. Our steaks are served medium rare.  Happy hour promotions must be accompanied by a regular price entree. Limits may apply. Preparation Trays are oven and microwave friendly.
