Introducing a collection of timeless design icons restored by Forsyth with fabric designed by KULE. The collection includes an Eero Saarinen Womb Chair, Ludwig Mies van der Rohe Brno chairs, and a George Nelson bench, all restored in St. Louis with custom KULE fabric from a storied Italian mill. The Platform Bench is a landmark of modern design. The rectilinear lines of the surface reflect designer George Nelson's architectural background. Nelson's creative goal when designing the bench was a multi-use piece. He envisioned it as shelving, high and low storage cases, coffee tables, or seating. This one of a kind piece, with its lacquered frame and rectangular maple slat seat, is simply beautiful.
