30g. Fed with whole wheat flour. Feed daily with 50% of white bread flour and 50% of whole wheat flour and room temperature water. Discard remaining starter. Make sure to oxidize it by covering with clean cheese cloth. Feed once a week if stored in refrigerator. Store covered.
