New Fall 2025-Spring 2026 Workshop Season is soon upon us! In the coming weeks we will be adding new dates, so stay tuned and enjoy your summer! Discover the art of sourdough baking with this beginner's sourdough class at our cozy home bakery in West Linn! This hands-on, 3-hour class will guide you through every step of creating a perfect sourdough loaf. By the end, you'll leave with one freshly baked loaf, another ready to bake at home, and our signature starter culture, making it the perfect introduction to sourdough for beginners. Our workshops are both educational and fun. Wine, refreshments, and small bites will be served, and at the end of the workshop we will put one of our freshly baked loaves to a taste test!
