Class - Water

This class takes place in the Bay Area's deepest dive pool. It covers all the fundamentals of freediving, including breathing, equalizing your ears, swimming underwater, duck diving, and safety & rescue. You will graduate from this class as a self-sufficient freediver, able to forage, swim with whales, and take photos underwater. After this class you will be certified to join our Freedive Studio. There is no previous in-water experience needed to join this class, but you must have attended the online class.
