Class - Land

This class will take place via Google Meet from 6-9pm, with breaks. We will practice breath holding and ear equalizing, as well as learning about safety, being a good buddy, and how our bodies respond to being underwater. You'll meet the other people taking the class and have a chance to ask questions about anything you want to ask. This class is all the preparation that you need to join a water class.
