Meadow - handdyed spinning fiber

Washed, picked, carded and dyed by Fiberdog Fibers. This fiber braid is inspired by a meadow in springtime: young green everywhere, dotted with yellow and blue flowers. Romney is easy to spin and one of the sheep breeds I highly recommend for new spinners. To this day it is one of my favorite wools to spin!   As always this product started in my studio as a raw fleece which I then processed by hand for you.I've included a picture of the fleece the way I got it, so you can also enjoy the transformation from fleece to yarn.
