What a coffee! For those who love the fruit-forward qualities of a naturally processed coffee but don't want any kind of wild-funkiness of an experimental ferment—this is a coffee to try out!  Last season we brought in the Red Catuai version of this coffee, but wanted to switch things up this year. Those that enjoyed that one will certainly love this one as well. It is exceptionally sweet, with a balanced acidity, and velvety texture in the cup. We taste a bouquet of dried fruits across the cup at different temperatures including golden raisin, candied plum, and mango. Alongside the fruits sweet to savory chocolate notes can be found throughout. It is a remarkably clean coffee for being naturally processed. We hope you love it as much as we do!
