Our signature Knockbox Espresso Blend was formulated to deliver a balanced and clean medium roasted espresso. Comprised of a seasonal blend of coffees primarily hailing from Central and South America we have found this blend to be incredibly forgiving and endlessly satisfying. Expect ample amounts of crema atop a rich and chocolatey and nutty espresso finished off with a balanced and mild acidity. Our testing has found it shines in milk-based drinks as well as being a delicious standalone espresso! Don't have an espresso machine? No problem! Patty, our accountant, has expressed that this is her favorite blend for a Hario v60 pour over!
