Yongchun Laocong Shuixian Bainian 2023

永春 老樅水仙 百年 2023年 Penglaishan, Yongchun, Fujian Laocong shuixian from a well-preserved old garden within a greater watershed that is protected in its entirety, in a medium-light roast strip oolong style, not ball-rolled. This tea consists of harvests from the twelve oldest bainian shuixian bushes of this garden. (Please note, the three ancient shuixian trees of this garden that date back a minimum 200 years are not included in this tea.)   Suggestion: 6-8g / 100 ml, 95-100C. We recommend a thermos or a gentle simmer of the spent leaves to completely exhaust these leaves.
