Salvaged White Mantel with Single Ledge Shelf

This salvaged, fireplace mantel is painted white and has raised pilasters at either side, with simple raised paneling along the header space and a ledge shelf on top. Please note, there is a large chip to the paint on the ledge shelf surface. There are also many stains, scuffs and small chips to the front of this mantel and along the ledge shelf (see photos).
