Salvaged White Fluted Fireplace Mantel with Single Ledge Shelf

This salvaged, fireplace mantel is painted white and has fluted pilasters at either side, with horizontal fluted paneling along the header space and a ledge shelf on top. Please note, there are many small chips and scuffs to this mantel and along the ledge shelf. There is also a small piece that has been cut out towards the center along the backside (see photos).
