La Laguna is an award-winning milk chocolate, 47% cocoa, from Plantation La Laguna nestled in the mountainous forest of Alta Verapaz central Guatemala. Michel Cluizel is a traditional bean to bar French chocolate maker and confectioner based in Damville, Normandy. Cluizel was a pioneer in crafting chocolate bars without adding soy lecithin. Tasting notes:  Cappuccino, hot chocolate, hazelnut, toast, butterscotch, and intense cocoa notes. Ingredients: Whole milk powder, cocoa, cocoa butter, sugar, Bourbon vanilla pod.
