After using the bottle, remove the Stopper and clean it by rinsing it under warm water for several seconds. Shake off any excess water from the Stopper cap and dry with a soft cloth. Make sure the Silicone Rings on the Stopper are completely dry before inserting it into a new bottle. The Coravin Pivot™+ Wine Preservation System's stopper boasts a lifespan of up to 1 year. Does the Coravin Pivot™+ Wine Preservation System include a Bottle Sleeve for extra protection and convenience? In order to ensure safety, a Coravin Wine Bottle Sleeve is included for use with bottles that may have cracks or chips.   Warranty Coverage Details   What is the warranty policy offered with this product? Coravin, Inc. ("Coravin") guarantees that your Coravin device, purchased from authorized resellers or partners, will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for one year from the date of purchase or delivery. This warranty does not extend to devices purchased from unauthorized sellers and may require original proof of purchase for verification. In the event of failure under normal use and care, we will repair or replace the faulty device. Please see the Additional Information section for any exclusions or limitations. A return authorization number may be provided to you. In the event that you are instructed to send back your device to Coravin, you will be responsible for any associated shipping and handling expenses, as well as any other requested items.
