To properly attach the Aerator to your Coravin System, first make sure you have the correct Aerator for your specific System. Then, simply push the Aerator onto the Spout of the Coravin System, ensuring a tight attachment. From there, use your Coravin System as you usually would.   How do I get optimal performance from the Pivot Aerator?   Properly maintain your Aerator by regularly cleaning it. Pour the desired amount of wine by using short, gentle presses of the Button, followed by a release. Be cautious not to continuously press the Button, as this can over-aerate the wine and potentially cause the Stopper to release while pouring. Remember to use the Aerator responsibly. To maintain optimal performance of your Coravin Aerator, it is important to clean it after each use. Simply follow these steps to clean any version of the Aerator: Unscrew the Aerator head from the rubber housing and remove the screen Soak all three parts in warm water for a few minutes, paying attention to the screen to ensure no cork particles remain in the holes. Rinse the parts under running water to remove any remaining particles. Once dry, reassemble the Aerator by placing the screen back into the rubber housing and screwing the head tightly.   Warranty Coverage Details   What is the warranty policy offered with this product? Coravin, Inc. ("Coravin") guarantees that your Coravin device, purchased from authorized resellers or partners, will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for one year from the date of purchase or delivery. This warranty does not extend to devices purchased from unauthorized sellers and may require original proof of purchase for verification. In the event of failure under normal use and care, we will repair or replace the faulty device. Please see the Additional Information section for any exclusions or limitations. Please note that Coravin is not responsible for any loss or damage to wine used with the product.   How can a claim be made? Should you encounter any issues with your Coravin System, kindly reach out to Customer Service at csr@coravin.com. Please have available the details of your purchased device, including the device serial number, purchase date, place of purchase, and seller's name. A return authorization number may be provided to you. In the event that you are instructed to send back your device to Coravin, you will be responsible for any associated shipping and handling expenses, as well as any other requested items.
