Along the Columbia River #1 - photogravure print - The Weekly Edition

I had a conversation recently with a good friend and photographer about working in the landscape. She talked about the vastness of the outdoors and our relationship and relative size.  These ideas resonated with me and helped me identify a feeling I have had but never articulated.  The pictures in this series are my expression of the way we spoke that day. This hand-pulled photogravure print is made with Charbonnel  Bistre, Noir 55981, and Sanguine inks on Hahnemühle copperplate paper. I printed an edition of 6 numbered prints and  2 A/P prints. Hand-pulled print by Ray Bidegain Limited edition of 6 6" x 7.5" inches on an 11 x 15.5" sheet. Signed numbered and titled by the artist on the lower front.
