This decorative plush-back picot elastic can be used on panties, bralettes and bras requiring light support around the top of the band and cups. The sweet triangles and fun toppers make a pretty accent on your lingerie, and is easy to use and apply on all sorts of garments. The non-picot part of the elastic is 1/4".
