Dye Blank - Fancy Narrow Picot Elastic - 5 yards

We are now offering Dye Blanks for our customers that like to dye their own materials or would just like to give it a try. Our Dye Blank elastics are sold in 5 yard lengths to give you plenty of elastic for more than one project.  This decorative plush-back picot elastic can be used on panties, bralettes and bras requiring light support around the top of the band and cups. The sweet triangles and fun toppers make a pretty accent on your lingerie, and is easy to use and apply on all sorts of garments. The non-picot part of the elastic is 1/4".
