Rhododendron PJM

PJM is a highly popular rhododendron variety that is exceptionally cold-hardy and is prized for its bright fuchsia blooms that are large and prolific in May. It's blooms grow in large clusters of 10-15 and completely cover the shrub for the better part of mid spring. Leaves are dark green and remain on the plant year-round. PJM thrives in shady conditions and is often planted as an understory shrub to bring color to areas where there is normally none. Plant in acidic soil or soil that has been ammended for acidity. Expect blooms early and slow growth throughout its lifespan. Water well to establish. Arrives to you in a 3 gallon pot, about 12-15" tall
