Irish Chain

My inspiration for this particular project was a quilt made for me by my dear friend, Denise DeSantis, pictured here on the right. In a nod to the graphical layout of an Irish Chain quilt, this design is built upon crocheted squares which are joined in the corners as as they are worked. This modular approach facilitates both a speedy project and a beautiful drape.
