Ingredients: Chilli, Cumin, Fennel, Ginger, Garlic, Turmeric & Salt. Cooking Instructions: Make a paste of fish fry masala with water and lemon juice. Add salt if required. Apply the paste on the fish pieces. After an hour, deep-fry the pieces in oil. Same masala can also be used to make potato or raw banana fry.
