Sublimation Badge Reel/ Big Badge Reel/ Metal Badge Reel/ Sublimation Blanks This listing is for (1) blank metal badge reel. It comes with an aluminum insert that you can sublimate. It has adhesive tape on the badge reel to hold the aluminum piece on. This doesn't come with a template. I just make my design about 1.47" (which has some bleed area). When I get templates- they are never sized correctly- so I make my own. Manufacturer doesn't provide one either. The metal badge reel is approximately 1.6" in diameter. The retractable cord is approximately 24" long. The aluminum (sublimation part) is approximately 35mm in diameter. The disc has a clear film on it to protect the sublimation side. The reel has a clip on the back (it doesn't swivel). There is a thin-clear film that comes on the pieces (to protect the sublimation coating). You will need to carefully remove the film before pressing (if you take it off too hard- you can damage the sublimation coating).  You can put a piece of heat
