Pillow Cover Description: White, 100% polyester canvas pocket pillow cover. They hold a 12"x12" insert (not included). Has a hidden zipper on the bottom for inserting your pillow (pillow insert NOT included). Time and Temp: 400 degrees for 60 seconds. I use butcher paper under the pillow and over the whole top of the pillow. This is the time and temperature I have found to work for me. All heat presses are different so you will need to experiment for what works for you. I do NOT guarantee these settings will work for you and there will be NO refunds or exchanges for user error.
