Blended in 2022 with Steuben, Delaware and Cabernet Sauvignon using a variety of brewing methods. The aged for 9-10 months, split 50/50 between amphora and stainless steel tank. Ripe strawberry scented with blackberries and spices. Balanced juiciness and acidity. Cabernet Sauvignon brings moderate kick of tannins. Overall, it's a fresh, juicy and light red wine.
