All grapes are from Yamagata prefecture.Used various vinification by Steuben, Delaware and Merlot(mainly skin fermented Steuben and Merlot for 14 days),then blended them in the spring of 2023. 100% destemmed, 40% was aged in amphora,the rest was in stainless steel vat.
