Delaware and a tiny bit of Steuben all from Yamagata prefecture.Delaware was 12 hours skin contact,then blended with 12-24 hours skin contact of Steuben. Fermented in stainless steel vats.The wine was then bottled with 12g/L of residual sugar for a light petillant effect. Grapes: Delaware 94%, Steuben 6%
