This is a piece of California history ready to ship! After decades of wine production, these vines were retired to my shop to take on new life as art after decades of producing amazing wine. I was very lucky 7 years ago when they were widening fire roads all through Napa and I have a small collection of incredible art for sale for the first time. Each one is unique and one of a kind. When I'm out, that's it. This Domaine Carneros retired Napa Pinot Noir vine made their incredible wine (its amazing if you have not tried it). Look at the wine bottle next to it to see the size of the vine. The field wire is embedded into wood after decades of growth. You can see it emerge for a bit before delving back inside only to emerge again. A fabulous detail! The light and dark swirls of the vine are incredible and my cell pictures really don't do it justice.
