
Sweet Slumber Tea
Contains: Lemon Balm, Chamomile, Passion Flower, Catnip, Lavender, Rose Petals, Jasmine, Valerian Root, Oatstraw & Stevia LeafContains: Pour 8 oz of boiling water over 1 heaping Tablespoon (add more or less depending on how strong you like your flavor to be) and let steep for 10-15 minutes. Tea steepers and tea bags are available in my store as well. Sip on a cup each night about an hour or two before bedtime and allow your mind and body to settle and drift off to sleep Do not use Sweet Slumber Tea if you have a Thyroid Disease or are on depression or anxiety medicine. I blend all of my herbal teas myself using all organic ingredients. I personally enjoy a cup of tea from each batch to make sure it’s perfect. Herbal Teas are such an amazing alternative to coffee or sodas. They are so healthy and can help many ailments.
