Ingredients:Organic Echinacea Leaf & Root, Mullein, Marshmallow Leaf, Elderberries, Ginger, Cinnamon, Clove, and Stevia Leaf. Brewing Instructions:Pour 8 oz of boiling water over 1 heaping tablespoon of tea (adjust to taste) and steep for 10–15 minutes.
