The MS801 tester is designed for diagnosing lithium-ion modules of high-voltage batteries in electric and hybrid vehicles, as well as 48-volt batteries in mild hybrid electric vehicles (MHEVs).   More info The MS801 tester is used to determine the capacity of lithium-ion modules in high-voltage batteries, including batteries with LiFePO4 cells and 48V batteries of Mild Hybrid. The tester operates in automatic mode according to user-defined scenarios. Tester Capabilities:1. Diagnostics of Li-ion modules with a maximum voltage of 62 V.    • 2 to 15 cells in series with a maximum voltage of 4.2V per cell;    • 2 to 15 cells in series with a maximum voltage of 4.2V per cell.2. Charging current: up to 60A.3. Recuperative discharge current: up to 60A (during discharge, energy is returned to the grid).4. Balancing the cells in the module (16 channels) in both charge and discharge modes, with currents up to 2A.5. Diagnostics of 48V batteries of Mild Hybrid Electric Vehicle (MHEV) controlled via CAN bus.   Features:• Built-in resistive load with a current of up to 120A for quick testing of connection quality between cells and measuring the internal resistance of cells.• Supports BMS with RS485 bus.• Universal and specialized cables for easy connection of battery modules.• Reverse polarity protection.• Cell temperature monitoring.• Testing scenarios, user-configurable test parameters.• Remote control via LAN.• Report generation in PDF format.
