The choices made here were motivated by generating a bright vibrant object of contrasting complimentary colors. The result pulsates in a riotous atmosphere wherein the eye is directed back and forth across the surface by a net-like continuum of diagonal conjoined white lines. The canvases abut forming a real division in the center while 2 drawn vertical lines toward the outer edges suggest that there are 4 panels in illusory relief and as an allusion to trompe l'oeil trickery. A note on shipping; because the canvases are separate they will be carefully stacked a packed together.
