Black Currant Black Tea
Black Currant is flavored with sweet black currants and makes for a delicious, aromatic cup of tea. This full-bodied black tea offers a nice balance between the deep fruitiness of berries and the tart flavor of ripe currants. This tea is great hot or iced! Cups Per Package This black currant tea is carefully blended and packaged by hand in a reusable tin or a resealable kraft bag. Our 3.5 oz. tin or kraft bag makes approximately 35 – 40 cups of tea. Our 7 oz. kraft bag makes approximately 70 – 80 cups. Ingredients Black tea, cornflower petals, natural currant flavor. Tasting Notes Tart, fruity, and full-bodied, with floral and berry notes. How To Brew Black Currant Use 1 level teaspoon per 6 oz. water. Heat water to boiling. Steep for 3 to 5 minutes. For best taste, do not over steep. We recommend preparing Black Currant using a teapot, tea infuser, or tea filter. These brewing methods result in a richer, more flavorful cup. You can also cold-brew Black Currant to make iced tea.
