Producer: Chateau Feytit-Divon Wine: 2016 Saint-Georges Saint-Emilion Varietal: 100% Merlot Harvest/Vinification: Responsible farming, manual sorting, destemming, pressing and fermentation directly on new oak barrels. Each parcel is vinified separately.  Fermentation occurs in thermo-regulated vats. Aging 12 months in oak barrels. Estate bottled. Nose: Elegant aromas of lush dark fruit, almonds, chocolate, wood tones and spice. Palate: Complex and balanced, medium-bodied with notes of cherry present tannins and a long bold finish. Food: Pan-fried foie gras, beef Wellington, Basque cheese Cellaring: Drink now or cellar until 2028
