Each parcel is vinified separately. Malolactic and alcohol fermentations occur in thermoregulated cement tanks. After fermentation process, they select the juice that will be used for the Grand Cru wine. It is then separated into parts, one aging in an old wooden vat (70%) and one in new oak barrels (30%) for 18 months.
